  राजनगर में क्या है देखने योग्य? राजनगर प्रखंड मुख्यालय में ही दरभंगा राज का राज परिसर है. यहां का आकर्षण दरभंगा महाराज का 50 एकड़ में फैला राज परिसर, पुराना राजमहल, हाथीघर और परिसर में स्थित कई मंदिर है जिनमें सचिवालय का हाथीघर, दुर्गा मंदिर और काली मंदिर लोगों का सबसे ज्यादा पसंदीदा है. कहा जाता है कि राजपरिसर के सचिवालय स्थित हाथीघर के हाथी को बनाने में ही सबसे पहले भारतवर्ष में सीमेंट का प्रयोग सन् 1928 में हुआ था. बिहार में 15 जनवरी 1934 को आए सबसे बड़े भूकंप में राजनगर का पूरा राजपरिसर तबाह हो गया. तत्कालीन दरभंगा महाराज ने इसे ठीक करवाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन दरभंगा में सभी अत्याधुनिक सुविधा से लैस भूकंप रोधी महल तैयार हो जाने के बाद परिसर के पुनरुद्धार एक सपना ही बन गया.  आज भी हजारों पर्यटक यहां सालों भर इस पुराने महल, परिसर और खंडहर को देखने आते हैं. कई एकड़ में फैले इसके परिसर में नए साल में ही पिकनिक मनाने 50 हजार से अधिक पर्यटक प्रदेश के कई जिले से और नेपाल के कई जिले से आते हैं. नव वर्ष पर प्रशासन, एसएसबी, कई एनजीओ और स्थानीय नागरिक साफ-सफाई एवं विधि व्यवस्था को बन...
